Services offered
Ultrasound Fat Cavitation
This non-invasive technique uses low-frequency ultrasound waves to create microbubbles within fat tissue. The rapid collapse of these bubbles disrupts fat cell membranes, releasing their contents (triglycerides), which the body then naturally processes via the lymphatic system.
Ultrasound Fat Cavitation
Typically used to target stubborn fat pockets on areas like the abdomen, thighs, arms, and love handles.
Key benefits: reduces fat and cellulite, enhances body contouring, with no surgery or downtime.
Sometimes likened to “modern cupping,” vacuum therapy involves controlled suction to lift tissues. This improves blood flow, promotes lymphatic drainage, and enhances fat breakdown and skin tightening—especially when paired with RF energy
Vacuum Therapy (including Vacuum + RF)
Well-suited for reducing cellulite, and firming skin.
We highly recommend you follow our aftercare instructions to a tee and find ways to sweat as much as possible, as this will help you get rid of as much liquidised fat as possible.
DO be well hydrated (2-3 L water a day). Drink 500ml more than a normal day the day of and before your cavitation session.
Do not eat 1 hour before your app for your own comfort.
DO stay active (20 – 30 minutes of moderate exercise 3-4 times a week).
DO eat a well-balanced diet.
LIMIT alcohol intake for 24-48hours before & after (the triglycerides are processed through the liver, therefore alcohol intake may reduce the effects of the treatment & it places too much strain on the liver).
LIMIT processed foods as a part of a healthy diet.
DO drink at least 2-3L of water in the 24 hours prior to and for 72 hours after each treatment.
DO either use an infrared sauna immediately after your treatment OR go for a high intense walk (the more you sweat the better your results).
